Introduction to Acro Yoga for Beginners

Acro Yoga Course for Beginners is built to teach you particular moves, poses and flows in a safe way.
From the beginning you will always practice with a spotter until you will be able to trust your body and your partner enough to practice in a safe way.
The longer you will practice you will realise that your reflects will improve in extreme ways and you will be able to predict what is coming. We will also learn how to fall in a safe way and that way eliminate this block from our practice.
Everyone is welcome to join AcroYoga community.
You can invite to this course your partner, friends, family members and other relatives. But AcroYoga course doesn't require any partner, you can come completely alone.
During the Acro Yoga course we will practice all together, in duos (girls together, guys together and also mixed), in trios and more. This kind of "sharing partners" will help you to learn Acro Yoga techniques faster and understand the way how different people and their bodies react to your impulses and way of practice.

Acro Yoga Course for Beginners doesn't require meeting prerequisites of practicing any kind of discipline or to be flexible, strong or with super ranges of motions and mobility (but it's always very welcome).
Acro Yoga classes are build the way that your bodies will start to understand particular moves, poses and flows very slowly and additional benefits such as building strength, improving your flexibility, mobility, shaping your body will come by the time of the practice.
Acro Yoga practice is full of playfulness, creativity and enjoyment that you will not realise you are actually practicing.
Having fun in a playful environment while being present and focused is deeply relaxing.
You will get stronger, increase your flexibility, mobility, shape your body and enrich your practice with creative and funny poses and flows.
You will improve your consciousness, mindfulness and focus.
You will discover that your body can do things that you were not able to imagine before.
You will improve your verbal and non-verbal communication skills and expand your body and mind capabilities.
